The project sets a new benchmark for warehouse automation and reinforces HaiPick Climb as the leading solution for large-scale, high-performance e-commerce fulfillment.<\/p>\n<p>Already operating multiple HaiPick Systems across Europe, the retailer is expanding its partnership with Hai Robotics through a deployment of more than <strong>1,500 HaiPick Climb<\/strong> robots, establishing the world\u2019s largest rack-climbing warehouse robot deployment.<\/p>\n<p>The new automated facility will support rapidly growing online order volumes through a highly scalable goods-to-person operation powered by HaiPick Climb double-deep systems.<\/p>\n<p>Project highlights include:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"ql-agpr-list\">\n<li class=\"ql-indent-0 ql-agpr-list-item\"><strong>More than 1,500 HaiPick Climb robots operating within a single integrated automation system<\/strong><\/li>\n<li class=\"ql-indent-0 ql-agpr-list-item\"><strong>30,000m\u00b2 automated fulfillment operation<\/strong><\/li>\n<li class=\"ql-indent-0 ql-agpr-list-item\"><strong>1.2 million double deep storage locations<\/strong><\/li>\n<li class=\"ql-indent-0 ql-agpr-list-item\"><strong>System throughput exceeding 24,000 totes per hour<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Bringing more than 1,500 HaiPick Climb robots together within a single integrated automation system demonstrates Hai Robotics\u2019 ability to deliver enterprise-scale warehouse automation without compromising flexibility, performance or operational efficiency.<\/p>\n<p>The system is designed around Hai Robotics\u2019 upgraded HaiPick Climb solution, enabling the retailer to maximize storage capacity while maintaining the throughput required for high-volume omnichannel fulfillment.<\/p>\n<p><i>\u201cThis project demonstrates the continued shift toward highly scalable robotic automation within large-scale fulfillment operations,\u201d <\/i><strong>said Peter Guan, General Manager at Hai Robotics EMEA.<\/strong><i> \u201cBeing selected to deliver the world\u2019s largest deployment of rack-climbing warehouse robots is an important milestone for Hai Robotics.
