Taking over from Oliver Selby, who has transitioned to the newly created position of Strategic Key Account Manager \u2013 Aerospace &amp; Defence, Dan is recognised for his deep knowledge of manufacturing automation and his ability to help organisations unlock greater efficiency, productivity and competitiveness through technology. His expertise will play a key role in supporting FANUC UK\u2019s continued growth across a wide range of industries.<\/strong><\/p>\n<figure aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-121897\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-121897\" src=\"https:\/\/warehousenews.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/09\/Dan-Fisher-Headshot.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"620\" height=\"413\" \/><figcaption class=\"wp-caption-text\">FANUC UK has announced the appointment of Dan Fisher as the company\u2019s new Head of Sales, effective from 1 September 2026.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p class=\"Body\">In his previous role within FANUC UK\u2019s Business Development division, Dan worked with customers, system integrator partners and manufacturers across multiple sectors, giving him a strong understanding of the opportunities and challenges facing UK industry, as well as the role that automation can play in supporting future growth.<i>\u00a0<\/i><\/p>\n<p class=\"Body\">Commenting on his new role, Dan states:<i> \u201cI am delighted to be taking on the role of Head of Sales for FANUC UK. Having worked closely with our customers, partners and colleagues for many years, I\u2019ve seen first-hand how automation is helping manufacturers improve productivity and address skills and labour challenges. I\u2019m looking forward to leading the Sales team as we continue to support manufacturers with innovative automation solutions, including robotics, CNC systems, machine tools and factory automation technologies, and build on the strong relationships that have been central to our success.\u201d<b><\/b><\/i><\/p>\n<p class=\"Body\">Andy Armstrong, Managing Director of FANUC UK, adds: \u201c<i>These leadership changes reflect our commitment to continued growth and our determination to ensure we have the right expertise focused on the right opportunities.
